Biography

Arguably the most electric and charismatic player in the WPBA for nearly 20 years, the free-wheeling “Texas Tornado” turned pro in 1991 and swiftly made herself known, winning three WPBA titles in two years (1991-1992), and earning Pool & Billiard Magazine Player of the Year honors for 1992. She had the misfortune of staging her two best years on the Classic Tour during seasons otherwise dominated by another player: 1994, with four titles (Player of the Year Jeanette Lee had five); and 1996, with four titles (POY Allison Fisher had seven). In all, she has collected 16 significant titles, including 15 WPBA titles spanning eras dominated by Loree Jon Jones, Robin Bell, Ewa Laurance and Allison Fisher.
