Mike Zuglan went undefeated through a field of 45 players at the Joss NE 9-Ball Tour event at Adirondack Billiards in Glen Falls, NY.
Zuglan defeated Jarrod Clowery 9-6 for the hot-seat. Clowery then defeated last week's winner, Tom D'Alfonso to earn another shot at Zuglan in the finals. Clowery led 8-5 in the first set of the finals, but was unable to put the match away and Zuglan won the last four games for the 9-8 win.
Zuglan pocketed $1550 for first, while Clowery took home $1000 for second. D'Alfonso and Karen Corr filled out the top four spots.
The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour will be at Action Billiards in Hamden, CT next weekend for a $1,500 added event. The Straight Pool event scheduled for the end of this month at Classic Billiards in Rochester, NY has been changed to a $2000 added 9-ball event by popular demand.
