Day two play is underway at the WPBA Great Lakes Classic.
The end of day one on Thursday night saw another round of play on the winners side.
Yu Ram Cha could not keep the momentum after her hill-hill win over Jasmin Ouschan in the first round and fell to Sarah Rousey hill-hill in round two. Rousey will face Ga-Young Kim later today in round three.
Debbie Schjodt had a nice win on Thursday night as she defeated Julie Kelly 9-3. She will face Kelly Fisher in round three.
Friday morning results on the one loss side held few surprises with most of the usual suspects bouncing back from opening round losses to remain in contention. Jasmin Ouschan cruised to a 9-3 win over Michelle Monk and will face Melissa Little next.
Tiffany Nelson defeated Morgan Steinman 9-4 and will face Ewa Laurance next.
Probably the biggest elimination on Friday morning was Val Finnie's 9-1 loss to Line Kjoersvik. The loss sent Finnie to the stands and earned Kjoersvik a match with Kim Shaw Friday evening.
