The 21st and 22nd of November are the dates to mark in your diary as the 2009 8-Ball Pool Super Tour reaches it's finale at Club 147 in Leicester, England.
The richest 8-ball pool tour in the UK will once again been shown live and exclusively online at Cuesport TV. A host of the world's greatest players will compete for prize money of around £8,000.
The who's-who of stars include current WEPF World 8-ball Champion, Phil Harrison, who was runner-up at the last event to a very in-form Anthony Doble, Doble will be wanting to make sure he is not regarded as a one hit wonder and would love to win back-to-back titles.
In addition to the World Champion the likes of Carl Morris, Ronan McCarthy, Simon Ward, Craig Marsh, Rob Chilton, Oly Bale, Neil Raybone and Ben Davies will all be in the mix and of course will want to finish the series strongly.
The venue is arguably the best pool club in the land, the fantastic Club 147 in Leicester, where the tables, the facilities, the staff and the food are all of the highest standard available. There is possibly no other club in the UK that puts so much effort into maintaining their standards as Club 147 and it will be a delight to visit the club again.
Pete Williams the Managing Director of Cuesport TV had this to say about the event and the venue. "The 8-ball Super Tour brings together the top professionals and amateurs battling it out for big money payouts, why would we not want to show this live online? As for the venue, in my mind it is the best club in the whole of the UK, the work they put in is astonishing and I thank them personally for the support they give us."
The live action is available from 12pm on Saturday 21st November and continues into Sunday with the final ball being potted at approximately 8pm in the evening.
Cuesport TV subscribers get to watch all of the action, however, there will be limited free live coverage available in the first two sessions of Saturdays play.
