The KBP Fury Carolina Amateur 9-Ball Tour held its 9th stop on May 15, 2004 at Game Time/RipTide. The 30 players came from North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia to participate in this event. The game changed with each bracket as Robert Ray sent Tony Miller to the one loss side while Jimmy Faircloth held his own on the winners side. Robert Ray went to the one loss side to be placed in 3rd place while Tony Miller came on through the west side to meet up with Jimmy Faircloth for the hot seat. The first four games between Miller and Faircloth were even then Miller gradually widened the gap for a 9-5 win.
