The 34th Annual Texas Open 9-Ball Championship being held at G-Cue Billiards in Round Rock, Tx will come to it's conclusion today.
The open division is down to the final eight players on the winners side and David Gutierrez is the first player to advance into the winners side final four after a 9-4 win over Jeremy Jones.
Other winners side matches in progress are Rafael Martinez vs Tony Chohan, Gabe Owen vs Mike Davis and Gordon Vanderveer vs Sylver Ochoa. Top players still fighting it out on the one loss side include Jui-Lung Chen, Charlie Bryant and Al Mason.
The ladies division is down to the final three players. Jennifer Kraber is sitting in the hot-seat waiting for either Christina Delagarza or Kyu Yi to come out of the one loss side for the finals.
