Day one is complete and day two matches are underway at the the 34th Annual Texas Open 9-Ball Championship being held at G-Cue Billiards in Round Rock, Tx.
Two seeded players, Jui Lung Chen and Charlie Bryant, fell to the one loss side on Saturday. Chen lost a 9-7 decision to Jason Bacon while Bryant fell to Charles Swisher 9-6.
The other six seeded players all advanced undefeated into Sunday play.
The ladies division is moving right along with Melinda Hinojosa continuing her hot-streak. Hinojosa defeated Amanda Lampert and Courtney Peters on Saturday and then sent Alicia Teskey to the one loss side on Sunday. Hinojosa will play Kyu-Yi on Monday.
