TAP Corporate takes with great pleasure to announce and invite all to TAP's 20th Annual Rally in the Valley at the Super Billiard Expo on April 14-17, 2016.
TAP's first Rally in 1997 drew a meager field of just 22 teams. Like that little engine that said "I think I can", TAP did what founder, Loyd Schonter, who started TAP 1989, knew it could do all along. And that was to be a force in the billiard industry.
2016 marks another sold out Rally with over 200 teams and 2000+ players migrating to the Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA from all parts of the United States and Canada.
TAP Corporate will hold their annual licensee meeting at the Valley Forge Casino Resort on Thursday morning to get all of our licensees up to speed on all of the updates to Poolnet and the score keeping application that the players are taking to like a duck to water along with all of the other changes and exciting news coming that our licensees need to know to inform the TAP players/members.
Also to be discussed, will be the announcements of locations for TAP's Nationals in 2017 and 2018. While we are on the subject of Nationals, this year’s Nationals will be held in November in Charleston, South Carolina. Just in the past 5 years, TAP players have travelled to places like Chicago, Nashville, Dallas and Las Vegas and now Charleston.
BRAND NEW for this 20th Rally in the Valley Anniversary Event, the Pool Net Bracket System, designed for and by TAP. Players can access Pool Net, to see the updated stats on the system in the round robin events and the system calculates the single elimination brackets based on the team results. Players can be anywhere and see the status of their team and or singles events, thru out the entire week of Rally in the Valley. And this is just phase 1! TAP is and has more coming in 2016 and beyond!
