Chicago, May 10, 2006 - Bob Romano, Promoter of The Windy City Open's annual event in January has announced that O B Osceola, liaison of Naples Community Seminole Tribe of Florida, will be sponsoring The Windy City Open 2007 with added prize funds of $5,000.00. After confirmation last week of this added money, Bob Romano states that this is a huge addition to the venue and each event will flourish with the added sums. 8 & 9 Ball, Team Events, a Bank Tournament, Seniors event and much more is planned for January 2nd therough 7th, 2007.
Mr. Osceola and the Seminole Tribe of Florida are avid pool players with genuine love of the game. It is with great pleasure that we are able to cross promote this venue.
This is the 5th year for The Windy City Open, held at Chicago land's prestigious Pheasant Run Resort & Spa in St. Charles, IL. This event has out grown the past convention space with record numbers and now call's St. Charles it's home.
More sponsorships pending, and the prize fund is continuing to grow.
