Hollywood, FL - Get excited for the 2008 Seminole Pro Tour! This season marks the year the Seminole Pro Tour expands out of Florida and into the Southeast. The season includes eight monthly tournaments starting in March that lead up to the season ending event, the Steve Mizerak Championship at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in November. A stop at Mr. Cues II in Georgia and Fast Eddies in North Carolina debut on the schedule. We also welcome two new Florida rooms to the schedule, Diamond Billiards in Cape Coral and The Art of Billiards in Gainesville.
The Seminole Pro Tour is a series of 10-ball billiards tournaments held in various cities throughout the Southeast. Players not only compete for prize money, but against top-level professionals like Corey Deuel, Stevie Moore, Tony Crosby and Marlon Manalo. The tournaments are open to all men and women, and a tour card is not needed to participate in our events.
The biggest contributor to the tour is the Seminole Tribe of Florida, adding over $25,000 throughout the season. Although the Seminole Tribe of Florida has financially supported the Seminole Florida Pro Tour since its conception, this is only the second year the Tribe has managed the operations of the tour.
Seminole Sports Management has officially launched a new website! You will be able to find out Seminole Pro Tour information such as results, rankings, upcoming events, and even see pictures! Please visit us at www.SeminoleSportsManagement.com
