The Seminole Florida Pro Tour kicked off their new season this weekend with an $8000 added 10-ball event at Capone's Billiard Lounge in Spring Hill, Florida.
Two players backed out at the last minute, leaving the field at 62 players. That field has now played down to sixteen players will return on Sunday.
Matches on the winners side will be Ray Martin vs Troy Frank, Neil Fujiwara vs Wayne Catledge, Pooky Rasmeloungon vs David Broxson and Charlie Williams vs Robb Saez.
Matches on the one-loss side will be Richie Richeson vs Butch Croft, Tony Crosby vs Steve Knoll, Tommy Kennedy vs Bill Ferguson and Josh Degler vs John Schmidt.
Top players already eliminated include Rodney Morris and Buddy Hall. Morris lost to Bill Ferguson and Charlie Williams, while Hall lost to John Schmidt and Ray Martin.
