Liz Schwartzreich was undefeated on her way to the tournament win at the J. Pechauer NorthEast Women's Tour event at Hagerstown Billiards in Hagerstown, MD this weekend.
Schwartzreich dominated the field and took the hot-seat with a 7-3 win over Gina Kim-Lipsky.
Lipsky took the trip to the one-loss side where Charlotte Reeder was waiting. This was Reeder's first JPNEWT Tour stop in over a year, but she did not look rusty from missing time on the tour. She played a great match and sent Kim-Lipsky to the bleachers with a 7-5 win.
As strong as Reeder played in the semi-finals, Schwartzreich played even stronger in the finals. She cruised to a 9-2 win.
Schwartzreich collected $400 for first place, while Reeder settled for $300 in second place prize money. Kim-Lipsky and Carol Clark filled out the top four spots.
