With a 150-90 win in the finals, John Schmidt defeated Danny Barouty and won the Straight Pool division at The Legends of One Pocket and Straight Pool.
Schmidt, who also won the Reno Open earlier this year, lost his first match of the event to Johnny Archer when Archer ran 110 and out. Schmidt navigated his way through the B-Side of the board to make his way to the finals.
Schmidt pocketed $4400 for first place and combined with his second place finish in the one-pocket event, he pocketed $7500 for the week.
