Robb Saez got off to a slow start but warmed up quickly and continued his recent streak of hot-play with a win at the Joss NE 9-Ball Tour stop at Classic Billiards in Rochester, NY.
Saez dropped his first match of the event to Ron Casanzio, but came back with eight straight wins to get to the finals. His opponent in the finals was Jarrod Clowery, who defeated Adam Stanton 9-6 for the hot-seat.
Saez had the hot-seat 2 weeks ago, but lost in the finals to Mike Davis. This time, Saez would not be denied, as he defeated Clowery 9-4 and 9-6 to earn his second win so far this season.
Saez pocketed $1360 for first, while Clowery settled for $900. Stanton and Mike Rinella filled out the top four spots.
The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour will be at Color of Money Billiards in Niagara Falls, Ontario on April 24th - 25th for their next event.
