Day one is complete at the WPBA Regional Tour Championship and the field has been trimmed to the twenty four players who will cash on Sunday.

Janet Ritcey vs Jacqui Herrera
Holly Sholes vs Tina Larsen
Susan Willams vs Bonnie Plowman
While all eight of these players are certainly favorites to win the event, Tina Larsen may be one of the biggest favorites after her 7-0 win over Emily Duddy. Duddy started out with a rash of bad rolls and Larsen did not allow her to see any reprieve as Larsen took complete control of the match and cruised to the win.
The one loss side still contains a load of dangerous players including Mary Hopkin, Nicole Keeney, Liz Taylor, Cristina De La Garza, Katie Cowan and Michell Monk.
