August 20, 2007 - Miami, Florida – ProPoolVideo.com announced today the premiere of the first of seven matches to be webcast from the recent Predator World 14.1 Straight Pool Championship. The event, which was put on by Dragon Promotions, was held July 9-14 at the Hilton East Brunswick in New Jersey, and attracted the best straight pool players in the world.
The first match is from the round of sixteen during the single-elimination phase of the tournament, and features last year's champion Thorsten Hohmann vs. former world 14.1 champion and hall-of-fame member Allen Hopkins. Fans are in for a treat, as the tournament's second-highest run is posted in this match. All match videos will decked-out with ball-by-ball score counters with current-run and high-run counters as well.
