Now that Ron Park has found his way to the winners circle of the SE Open 9-Ball Tour, he is making himself right at home there.
Park won his first SE Open event last week after losing his first match. This week, at Burrkats Billiards in Monroe NC, Park took a shorter route to the victory. He was undefeated into the hot-seat and then defeated Burrkats' owner Tommy Burr 13-6 in the finals for his second consecutive tournament win.
Park collected $600 for the win, while Burr pocketed $300 for second. BJ Ussery and Jeff Abernethy filled out the top 4 spots. Brian Love was the top junior finisher and Katie Cowan was the top female finisher. Love and Cowan both pocketed $50.
The SE Open 9-Ball Tour's next stop will be at Pockets Pool & Sports Bar in Tallahassee, FL on August 9th - 10th.
