Billy Palmer went undefeated through a field of 52 players at the Pechauer West Coast Tour stop at Family Billiards in San Francisco, CA.
Palmer, who won his third event on the Pechauer Tour defeated Gerardo Jamito for the hot-seat and then after Jamito defeated Rafael Martinez in the semi-finals, defeated Jamito again in the finals 9-5.
Palmer collected $1100 for the win, while Jamito took home $800 for second. Martinez and Ernesto Dominguez filled out the top four spots.
The Pechauer West Coast Tour will be at Fast Eddy's Billiards in Capitola, CA on June 28 - 29 for their next event.
