Once again, it is a Filipino player at the top of the AzB Player Rankings. This time though, it is Dennis Orcollo instead of usual #1 player Efren Reyes. Possibly fueled by his position at the top of the 2007 Player Money List, Orcollo jumped over Reyes for his first week at #1. Reyes fell one spot to the #2 position. Guinness Tour Winner Ching-Shun Yang climbed 10 spots to the #3 position.
Xiao-TIng Pan is once again the top female player in 4th place with recent WPBA US Open winner Allison Fisher up three spots to #5.
Interest in last week's WPBA US Open sent 10 female players into the top 20 with both Rachael Abbink and Kelly Fisher making big advances.
The biggest gainer into the top 50 was Paul Song, who won the Viking Cue 9-Ball Tour stop at Brass Rail Billiards in Athens, Ga. Song climbed 115 spots to #22.
