The World Confederation of Billiards Sports (WCBS) is running a campaign to prove the worthiness of billiard sport to the International Olympic Committee.
On the 21st of March, 2018, The WCBS officially presented to the IOC the candidacy of billiards as an additional sport to the Paris Olympic Games 2024 in full cooperation with the host country’s Fédération Française de Billard (FFB).
As part of this campaign, the WCBS has created an online petition at change.org, where fans can show their support. Pool and Billiard fans are urged to go to the page on Change.org to sign the online petition.
