Nathan Rose, from Stuart Florida, scored a hill-hill victory over Javier Chirino in the finals to win the South Florida Amateur 9 Ball Shootout held at Steve Mizerak's Billiards in Lake Park, FL.
Rose took the hot-seat from Chirino 7-4, and waited for Chirino to dispose of Bruce Pou, before scoring the victory in the finals.
Rose collected $400 plus a trophy commemorating the victory. Pou and Ray Joyce filled out the top four spots.
The next stop on the Billiard Odyssey Tour will be at Hollywood Billiards in Hollywood Fl, on July 5th - 6th.
