Rodney Morris avenged his quarter-final loss to Thorsten Hohmann at the UPA US Pro Tour Championship and scored his biggest event win since his return to the game.
Morris was undefeated until his 7-1 loss to Hohmann for the hot-seat on Sunday. After that loss, Morris came back with a 7-1 win over Robb Saez to earn another shot at Hohmann in the finals.
The final race to seven was much closer than the first meeting between Morris and Hohmann with Morris scoring a 7-5 win.
Morris earned $10,000 for the win, with Hohmann settling for $5000. Saez and Charles Bryant filled out the top four spots.
