The annual Lights Out Tournament at Mission Billiards in Alamogordo, New Mexico, has been scheduled for Saturday, October 27, 2007, starting at 11:00 a.m., with mini-tournaments on Friday, October 26, 2007, starting at 7:00 p.m. The poolroom will open for practice at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the main event.
This added money main event is limited to thirty-two entries, but open to all players. All entrants must be registered and paid ($35.00 entry) by 10:30 a.m. on the morning of October 27th.
The game is nine-ball, double elimination, with races to nine on the winner's side and to seven on the one-loss side. The final match will be one race to thirteen. The entire event will be played using alternating breaks.
