The Falcon Cue 9-Ball Tour was at Orange Ball Billiards in Rockville, MD where a field of 77 players fought it out for the prize money.
The hot seat match was hotly contested between 'The Earthquake' Keith McCready and Amar Kang, who won the last Falcon Cue Tour stop at Bill & Billie's in Arnold, MD. McCready took the hot-seat with a 9-8 win in this match.
Kang's hope of repeating his last tour win were completely dashed when Ryan McCreesh handed him loss #2 by the score of 7-5. The final match between McCready and McCreesh was a single race to 9 and was won by McCready 9-4.
McCready collected $1050 for first, while McCreesh pocketed $675 for second. Kang and Pookie Rasmeloungo filled out the top four spots.
Although Kang was not able to repeat as champion, the ladies winner from the last stop Nicole Mancini was. She defeated Sueyen Rhee in the second round of the tournament and defeated her again 7-4 in the finals. Mancini collected $275 for first and Rhee pocketed $175 for second.
