Saturday play is complete at the $6200 added Ladies Spirit Tour Season Finale being held at Capones in Springhill, Florida. An unexpected face on the winners side at the end of day one is Tara McCracken from Dallas Texas. McCracken had to fight her way through two hill-hill matches in the first three rounds of play but came through both of them. She then sent WPBA top 16 ranked Sarah Ellerby to the one-loss side with a 7-5 win. McCracken will face Debbie Schjodt on Sunday morning. On the other half of the winners side, Miyuki Sakai will face Tracie Hines. Sakai has literally steamrolled her opponents in four matches so far with a combined record of 28-7 and a 7-3 win over Rachael Abbink.
Matches on the one-loss side on Sunday morning will be Helene Caukin vs Angel Paglia, Bonnie Plowman vs Ming Ng, Bonnie Coats vs Ellerby and Abbink vs Ellen Van Buren.
