Tracie Majors went undefeated through a field of 38 players at the second stop on the Ladies Spirit Tour held at Baker's Billiards in Tampa, FL.
Majors captured the hot seat with a 7-6 win over Debbie Schjodt. Schjodt then faced Jeannie Seaver on the one loss side. Seaver had lost a previous match to Shelly Harrison 7-6 and had just defeated Harrison to get her revenge. That would have to be enough to satisfy Seaver as she ended up losing to Schjodt 7-6.
This set up the rematch with Majors in the finals, which was all Majors as she she raced to a 7-2 victory for the tournament win.
Majors collected $725 for the win, while Schjodt was forced to settle for $525 for second. Seaver and Harrison filled out the top four spots. The win will move Majors into the #1 position on the Spirit Tour points list.
The second chance tournament was won by Michelle Monk who lost the first set in the finals to birthday girl Heather Barkley 4-0, but came back to defeat Barkley 4-0 in the second set.
