After a long day of many grueling matches, Candi Rego defeated Stacie Bourbeau in order to advance to the semi-final round with Katie Fiorilla, the very person who had sent her to the one-loss side in the second round of play. This match proved to be a fierce hill-hill battle, with Candi coming out victorious in a tough final game.
Candi went on to play Liz Taylor, who had been waiting in the hot seat for many hours after defeating Nicole Christie, Bonnie Saritelli, Lena Lavoie, and Katie Fiorilla. Candi took advantage of the long wait for Liz and came out firing, defeating her 7-2. However, in true double elimination format, Liz did not back down in the second set, returning the 7-2 favor and capturing the tournament champion title.
