It is like old times at Capone's Billiards in Spring Hill, Florida this weekend as the long time owners of the Ladies Spirit Tour have gotten together for one more tournament; The Florida State Championship.
Heather Barkley and Bonnie Coats welcomed a field of twenty four players including such notables as Megan Smith, Rachael Abbink, Jeannie Seaver, Stephanie Mitchell, Michell Monk and Joanne Mason Parker.
While not officially a Ladies Spirit Tour Stop, this event is a qualifier for the 2010 WPBA Us Open 9-Ball Championship.
Barkley and Coats expressed their heartfelt thanks to all of the players, as well as Capone's owner Rocky McElroy and Javier Chirino with Chirino Touch of Glass who made the beautiful trophy for the winner of this event.
