The Seminole Florida Pro Tour was back in action over the weekend at Victory Billiards in West Palm Beach. Florida for another $8000 added 10-Ball event.
Although many of the top pros who usually attend these stops were in Korea for the Korea Championship, the fans were not disappointed with the 57 players in attendance.
Jason Kirkwood from Detroit Michigan took the hot-seat with a dominating 8-2 win over David Grossman.
Grossman came back with an 8-4 win over Chris Bartrum to earn another shot at Kirkwook in the finals, but this tournament belonged to Kirkwood. Kirkwood handed Grossman his second loss with a 9-4 score in the finals.
Kirkwood earned $3500 for first, while Grossman settled for $2000 in prize money. Bartrum and Benny Conway Jr filled out the top four spots. The Seminole Florida Pro Tour will be at Cunninghams in Vero Beach, Florida on August 27th - 28th for their next event.
