John Schmidt and Little Luke
John Schmidt was undefeated in a field of sixteen players to win the One Pocket event at Breakers Billiards in Mobile, AL on Thursday.
Schmidt defeated local favorite 'Little Luke' 3-1 in the finals for the win.
The win was worth $2500 for Schmidt while Luke settled for $1400. Jerry Slivka and Charlie 'Hillbilly' Bryant filled out the top four spots.
Earlier in the week, Jeremy Jones dominated the 9-ball field and scored a 9-4 win over Gabe Owen in the finals to win the $2800 first prize.
