Leading the top half of the bracket was Shaun Wilkie with wins over Mike Fingers 7-6, Sharon O'Hanlon 7-2, Bob Maidhof 7-4, and Rob Pole 7-5. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Joey Testa with wins over Gary Barnish 7-2, Lou Patrikios 7-5, Adam Kielar 7-6, and Al Lapena 7-6.
Play for the hot seat was Shaun Wilkie Vs Joey Testa this was a one side match with Joey Testa running away with the match 7-3 sending Shaun Wilkie to the one lost side. Waiting for Shaun Wilkie on the one lost side was Al Lapena this too was a blow out Al Lapena never got started and Shaun Wilkie just had his way at the table winning easily 7-3 to get to the finals.
In the finals it was Joey Testa vs Shaun Wilkie a rematch from earlier that day different match same result Joey Testa to much for Shaun Wilkie on this day winning the match 7-3.
