The Southeast Open 9-Ball Tour was founded by Tommy Kennedy in 1999. After a few successful seasons J. Pechauer Custom Cues of Green Bay, WI. joined hands with Tommy Kennedy to become the J. Pechauer Custom Cues Southeast Open 9 Ball Tour. Together we promote the sport of pocket billiards in the Southeast part of North America. Our goal is to produce events to promote our great sport and our great sponsors. We feel we can offer our rooms an awesome host package due to the great support of all of our sponsors. Our thanks and gratitude goes out to Jerry Pechauer and all of our faithful and loyal sponsors who have made this tour possible.
