Thorsten Hohmann took the hot-seat with a 9-5 win over Keith McCready at the Turning Stone Classic VI today.
Hohmann can now comfortably wait knowing that his opponent in the finals, either McCready or Ralf Souquet, will have to beat him twice to snatch first place away from him.
Souquet had his hands full in his match with Samuel 'Sparky' Ferrell on the one loss side. Souquet held an early lead, but Ferrell came back to tie the match at 7-7 before Souquet buckled down and won the last two games.
