The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour ended their 2009/2010 regular season at Main Street Billiards in Amsterdam New York where it more of the same story we have reported all year on the tour; another undefeated win for Dennis Hatch.
This time, Hatch took the hot-seat with a 9-7 win over Lyn Wechsler, and after a lopsided 9-2 win over Canadian Spencer Auigbelle, Hatch finished the event off with a 9-6 win over Wechsler in the finals.
Hatch took home $1000 for first place, while Wechsler settled for $700 in second place prize money.
As is now the case at each tour stop, tour director Mike Zuglan held a $500 added second chance event on Sunday. That event was won by Kevin Ketz, who defeated Jeff Smolen in the finals.
Ketz earned $340 for the win, with Smolen taking $220 for second.
While the regular season is now complete, the true season finale will be in two weeks at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY for the $25,000 added Turning Stone Classic XV. We will be joining forces with Accu-Stats to provide streaming coverage of this great event, as well as real time scoring for the entire event.
