The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour ended the first half of their 06/07 season with a $2000 added event at Diamond Eight Billiards in Latham, NY.
Dennis Hatch made his way undefeated through the 37 player field to face Joey Korsiak for the hot-seat. Hatch dominated that match with a 9-4 win sending Korsiak to the left side of the board.
Korsiak was just as dominating in his next match as he defeated Chance Chin 9-4 to earn another shot at Hatch in the finals.
The final match between Hatch and Korsiak was closer than their first meeting with the players going back and forth until late in the match when Hatch took control and won 9-7.
Hatch earned $1500 for first, while Korsiak took home $1000 for second. Chin and Norm Pomainville filled out the top four spots.
The Joss Tour will begin the second half of the season at Cap's Cue Club in Syracuse, NY on January 13th-14th.
