The FURY TOUR Comes to the Midwest!
The Fury Tour - so successful in the southeast in recent years - has made it to the Midwest! Started by Tim and Kay Higgins in the mid 1990s, it has changed names and title-sponsors several times and grown dramatically, but the basic concept remains unchanged: Give amateur players a venue in which they can compete on equal footing with other amateurs and not have to bump heads with those players against whom they have no chance. For those of us that are truly amateurs (not 'amateurs' that make a living at the game and would give Johnny Archer a run for his money…) we all know the frustration of entering tournament after tournament and then finding out we have to play against Jason Kirkwood in the first round and Jesse Bowman in the second…
