The South East Amateur Tour was at The Pool Room in Marietta, GA for a WPBA Canadian Classic qualifier and a field of players hoping to dethrone Tracie Hines who had won the last three stops on tour.
Hines indeed had her run brought to an end as Kelly Fisher took the hot-seat from her with a 7-2 win.
Hines then took the trip to the left side of the board where she fell 7-4 to Kim Whitman.
The final match between Whitman and Fisher was close in the beginning but as the match got going, Fisher took control and won 7-4.
Fisher pocketed $391 as well as the WPBA qualifier. Whitman settled for $306 in prize money. Hines and Dolores Glymp from Phenix City, Alabama filled out the top four spots. The 4th place finish was Glymp's best finish on tour.
The SEAL tour will be at Mr. Cues II in Atlanta, GA on October 16-17 for their next event.
