Niels Feijen is playing Troy Frank in the finals of the Viking Cue Tour's National Championship at Palace Billiards in Villa Park, IL.
Feijen took the hot-seat with a win over Ike Runnels, while Frank had a much longer path to tread to get to the finals. Frank lost to Shannon Daulton in the third round of the event, but scored 9 straight wins to get to the finals. During Frank's run on the left side of the board, he eliminated such notables as Shawn Putnam, Jon Kucharo, Earl Strickland and Marco Marquez.
Before the finals got underway, the drawing was held for the Brunswick pool table and John Schmidt was the lucky winner. In addition to that drawing, the $1000 Viking Cue Raffle winner was drawn with Matthew Szubka holding the winning ticket.
