The 2005 Brunswick Pro Players Championship is now down to the final four players with a pair of unlikely combatants gunning for the hot-seat on Sunday. The two last undefeated players are recent UPA event winner Shawn Putnam and Italian Fabio Petroni. Petroni doesn't make many trips to the US to compete, but he is making the most of this trip with wins over Mike Davis, Larry Nevel, Tony Crosby, Dennis Hatch and Gabe Owen.
On the one-loss side, Jeremy Jones will face Charlie Bryant to see who finishes in fourth place and who continues on. Jones ended Sunday play with a dominating win over good friend Gabe Owen, while Bryant earned a close win over Joey Korsiak who turned in a very respectable 5th place finish.
Online brackets are updated with all of Saturday's results.
