Queens, New York- Efren Reyes has entered into the quarter finals with his dominating win over Mika Immonen 200 to 87 points. Reyes took the lead early in the match even after he missed an easy shot during the opening rack. Immonen failed to take advantage and missed 4 balls later and Efren built a 140+ ball lead from there.
Asia has another entrant in Zion Zvi of Israel. When informed that Israel is actually considered a part of Asia, Zion replied,"I already feel 5 balls better!"
Zion faces Germany's Ralph Eckert in the final 16.
USA gets another bullet with Corey Deuel's repeat win over Huidji See of Netherlands this time 200 to 101. John Schmidt won the rematch battle with Eberle, this time with reverse results as Schmidt won handily 200 to 40+ points.
