Ed Vasquez went undefeated through a field of 62 players to win the Joss NE 9-Ball Tour stop at Comet Billiards in Parsippany, NJ.
Vasquez defeated Earl Herring in a hill-hill thriller for the hot-seat. Herring then lost 9-7 to Nelson Oliviera in the semi-finals.
Vasquez rolled through the finals 9-3 for the tournament win.
Vasquez collected $1560 for first, while Oliviera settled for $1100 for second. Herring and Mike Zuglan filled out the top four spots.
The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour will be at Snooker's Café & Billiards in Providence, RI on February 7th - 8th for the $5000 added 15th Ocean State 9-Ball Championship.
