The Hampton Ridge Tour made it's way to Master Billiards in Queens NY for their 13th stop of the season.
Leading the was on the top half of the winners side was Tony Rodriguez with wins over Arlo Walsman 7-6, Jeff Jones 7-3 Kenny Rutman 7-3 and Eddie Vasquez 7-5.
Leading the way on the bottom half of the winners side was Dennis Spears with wins over John Smith 7-5, John Labroila 7-6, Noel Bensurto 7-4 and Albrecht Lapena 7-5.
This set up Tony Rodriguez vs Dennis Spears for the hot seat. This match was one sided with Tony Rodriguez running away with the match 7-3 and getting his first hot seat. Dennis Spear was sent to the one loss side where Eddie Vazquez was waiting for him. This was a great match that went hill-hill. Eddie Vazquez had his chances to win but came up short as Dennis Spears won the match sending him to the finals.
In the finals it was Tony Rodriguez vs Dennis Spears, this was a rematch but this time things where a little different. Spears frustrated Rodriguez by playing defense and running out from every where when given a chance. Spears had full control of the match and went on to win the Hampton Ridge 13th stop 9-5.
