Matt Janis, the youngest tournament director in the game
The field of 92 players at the Viking Cue 9-Ball Tour stop Mr Pockets in Pittsburgh, PA has been narrowed to 32 players by tour director Mike Janis and his son Matt.
The top two seeds at the beginning of the event, Danny 'Kid Delicious' Basavich and hometown favorite Jerry Slivka are both undefeated and will face off in the first match on Sunday.
Other players still undefeated include Bill McCollum, Ralph Goodside, Jackie Palmer, Don Steele and Sy Brown who will face Mr Pockets housepro Brian Mahan on Sunday.
Players still fighting on the one-loss side include Marty Lawson, Ryan Zigler, Tom Purich and Shane Morrow.
