As day one draws to a close at the Hunter Classics Womens Tour event at Paradise billiards in Denver CO, the field of fourty players is down to twelve.
The winners side will see Hawaii's Phoebe Choy face off against Terri Kelley and Anna Kostanian playing Julie Stephenson. Kelley knocked Pam Bell to the one-loss side with a 7-6 win in her last match, while Choy was beating AzBilliard's own Melinda Bailey.
Notable players joining Bell and Bailey on the one-loss side Sunday will be Julia Gabriel and Leslie Anne Rogers.
The winner of this event will earn a qualifier into the WPBA Cuetec Cues Canadian Classic to be held at the Casino Windsor in Windsor Ontario, Canada on October 15th - 19th.
