The opening round of the Stan James Canadian Nine Ball Tour in Calgary, Alberta is now complete and some notable players are already on the desperation side of the chart. Bob Chaperon fell to JoAnne Ashton and Pierre Lauzon, Erik Hjorliefson, Robert Colbert and Jeff White join Chaperon on the one-loss side.
Players advancing in round one include Edwin Montal, Stan Tourangeau, DJ McGinley, Brady Gollan, Hsin Huang, Ed Galati, Tyler Edey and Luc Salvas.
