Brackets have been drawn for the $50,000 winner take all International Challenge Of Champions which will be held Wednesday and Thursday at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT.
Matches will get underway at 4PM Wednesday with 2002 Canadian 9-Ball Champion John Horsfall taking on 2002 US Open Champion Ralf Souquet.
At 5PM, 2002 AzBilliards Player of the Year Francisco Bustamante will face 2002 English Champion Daryl Peach.
At 7PM, the marquee match of day one will feature 2002 World Pool Champion Earl Strickland vs 2002 Chinese Taipei National Champion Ching-Shun Yang. These two met up in the final round of eight at the World Pool Championship last month with Strickland coming out on top 11-9. With Yang's explosive break and the short races in this event, the match will definitely be exciting.
The final match of Wednesday will be at 8PM and will feature reigning Challenge of Champions winner Efren Reyes vs 2002 Holland Champion Nick Van Den Berg.
Semi-finals will take place Thursday at 4PM and 5PM, and the finals will take place Thursday at 7PM.
