The Blaze Nine Ball Tour made its way to Ivory Billiards in York PA for their 27th stop of the year. Special thanks to Steve Lucchesi and the staff of Ivory Billiards for hosting the event. Thirty-two players came out to play, including Mike Davis, Matt Krah, Shaun Wilkie, Brett Stottlemyer, Bill McCoy and Joe Cataldi.
Leading the top half of the bracket was Joe Cataldi with wins over Matt Asper 7-1, Dave Howe 7-6, KC Wagman 7-1 and Scott Haas 7-2. Leading the bottom half of the bracket was Bill McCoy with wins over Mike Nichols 7-4, Josh McCloskey 7-4, Scott Freeman 7-5 and Brett Stottlemyer 7-6.
Playing for the hot seat was Joe Cataldi vs Bill McCoy. When it was all said and done, Bill McCoy took the hot seat with a hard fought 7-5 win sending Joe Cataldi to the one loss side.
On the one loss side, it was Brett Stottlemyer making his move with wins over Shaun Wilkie 7-4, Mike Davis 7-4, and Joe Cataldi 7-0 to get to the finals.
In the finals, it Brett Stottlemyer vs Bill McCoy. This was a one sided match with Brett Stottlemyer taking control from the start and winning the match easily 9-4.
