The heavy rains, floods, and mud slides didn't keep the player from playing in the 9th stop of the Hampton Ridge 9 Ball Tour. The event was held at Drexel Line Billiards in Drexel Hill, PA. Special thanks to Bob Maidhof for hosting the event and making sure the place was nice and dry.
Leading the way from the winners side was Eddie Abraham and Phil Sherman. It was Lee Holt who beat Danny Basavich 6-2 early in the tournament sending him to the one loss side.
Danny fought his way through the one loss side, where he again met up with Lee Holt to see who would move on and who would get 4th place. Danny took control of the match from the start and never looked back beating Lee 6-3 giving Lee Holt 4th place.
On the winners side Phil Sherman and Eddie Abraham again went at it to see who would get the hot seat. Phil defeated Eddie 6-3 sending Eddie to the one loss side where Danny Basavich was waiting. Danny took control of the match from the start and easily defeated Eddie 6-2 leaving Eddie in 3rd place.
In the finals it was Danny Basavich vs Phil Sherman. Phil won the first game in a race to 9. Danny won the next 5 games to take control of the match. Phil got as close as 6-4 but Danny was a little to much, winning the match 9-5.
