The U.S. Bar Table Championships are in full swing and the 9-ball event will be down to 24 players by the end of play on Thursday.
All sixteen of the players on the winners side were in action with late matches on Thursday. Top matchups included defending champion Cliff Joyner vs Gabe Owen, Mike Vidas for Tyler Edey and Stan Tourangeau vs Danny Basavich. Other players still undefeated include David Matlock, Edwin Montal and Corey Deuel.
The one-loss side will be down to sixteen players by the end of Thursday play. Top players still fighting it out on the one-loss side include Glenn Atwell, Tony Chohan, Danny Medina, David Gutierrez, Paul Potier, Billy Palmer and Dan Louie.
The 8-Ball division will get underway on Friday with 160+ players already signed up.
