This inaugural event will be Held at Mr Cues 2 in Atlanta, GA on March 9th-15th, 2009

This event will be a race to 13, true double elimination format, 9-ball tournament, played under World Standardized Rules. The event will be played on sixteen 9' Brunswick Gold Crown IV tables. $20,000 is Guaranteed to be added to the prize fund for this event which is estimated to raise that total prize fund to $48,000.
To participate in the event you must qualify through an ATS sanctioned regional tour, ATS sanctioned tournament or an ATS sanctioned pool league singles event.
Only 96 Players Will Qualify To Participate In This Inaugural Event
Look for the ATS logo when participating in tournaments. This will ensure that you are participating in an ATS sanctioned event and that event meets the highest standards, ethics and rules in the sport of billiards.
Right now the Viking Cue 9-Ball Tours are taking the initiative step to sanction many of their events through the ATS. In the near future many additional tours, tournaments and leagues will be brought on-line in the ATS system.

How To Qualify To Participate in ATS US Pro Tour Events
You must start with participating in ATS sanctioned events. Each ATS sanctioned qualifier event will provide 1 paid entry to the ATS US Pro Tour event of the players choice for that year.
Entry fee amounts to ATS US Po Tour events are varied based on the type of event the player qualified from. See the entry fee breakdown below:
* Entry Fees from Open Divisions are $500
* Entry Fees from Intermediate, Advanced and Semi-Pro Divisions are $350
* Entry Fees from Amateur Divisions are $175
* All Entry Fees include $50 for Registration / Table Time Fees
* $100 Membership Fee Per Year Payable at the 1st ATS US Pro Tour you participate in
